Program Phases

  • The 1st phase will allow MTs to explore all departments in the company which include HR, Finance and Operations for 1 month
  • In the 2nd phase, MTs will progress to specialized operational outlet for focused training from the bottom and work with other teammates to serve our guests for 7 months
  • The 3rd and final phase focuses on Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities learning and practicing for the rest 4 months
  • At the end of the program, MTs will be assessed by the company
Upon graduation, MTs can expect an actual placement of an entry-level management position if he/she passes the assessment.

School visits take place in either the 1st or 3rd Quarter of the calendar year. Successful candidates commence work after graduation. So, if you are interested in making your career with 1589 CORE, you are more than welcome to join our team.
